"Soft skills are a combination of interpersonal people skills, social skills, communication skills, character traits, attitudes, career attributes and emotional intelligence quotient (EQ) among others that enable people to effectively navigate their environment, work well with others, perform well, and achieve their goals with complementing hard skills.The Collins English Dictionary defines the term "soft skills" as “desirable qualities for certain forms of employment that do not depend on acquired knowledge: they include common sense, the ability to deal with people, and a positive flexible attitude.”

Ability to take risks: when we decide to have children and to face the challenges of pregnancy
Effort and sacrifice: when we spend many sleepless nights teaching the baby to sleep through the whole night
Communication and oratory: telling the same stories to your children, but always in different ways
Resource management: managing the house budget with only one source of income
Ability to motivate: showing children that every time they fall they have to get up
Self-motivate: why we run out of boss and we have to fulfill many repetitive tasks, such as changing diapers
Organization and planning: handling the house, finances, children's schedule
Perseverance and dependability: teaching a child with love and patience
Teamwork and leadership: keeping the family always together
